Please note, shipping carriers are seeing an unprecedented increase in parcel volumes as Canadians stay home and shop more online. With incoming parcel volumes already at Christmas levels (and the holidays fast approaching), the safety measures they have implemented mean it is taking longer to process and customers should anticipate delays.

We do our best to get your Goodness Gift to you or your customers as fast as possible!
As of now, Goodness Gift only offers shipping options within Canada. For orders placed in Toronto, your gift boxes can be picked up at our Toronto office FREE OF CHARGE.

Is there a tracking number on my order?
Yes! All orders will include a tracking number from either Canada Post or Good Foot.
What happens if my product never arrives?
If your Goodness Gift has not arrived and it is well outside the estimated delivery window, please contact our Customer Support team via email at goodnessgift@saaac.org or via phone at 416-289-0100 x 110 and we will make sure that you receive your gift box (or a replacement box if yours is lost).
Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot exchange or accept returns on food products. Non-perishable items may be exchanged with our head office. Exchanges are valid for 30 days from the order date and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Incurred shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. If your box arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement. You can notify us of any damage by email at goodnessgift@saaac.org.
